Over 42 years ago, Bob Lucido launched his career at the age of 18, becoming one of the youngest people to obtain a real estate license in Maryland. He worked extensively as a salesperson, selling various new home communities in Maryland and developing relationships with many builders and developers.
In 1991, Bob and his wife Tracy founded Builder’s 1st Choice (BFC), a new home sales and marketing company that included offices in five states, employed over 300 people, and reached nearly $1 billion in sales. Foreseeing the crash of the real estate market, they opted to close BFC in 2007 before the economic downturn was at its worst.
Extensive academic background has provided her with a profound understanding of environmental issues, significantly contributing to her research and leadership in sustainable development and climate change, including innovative strategies, impactful solutions, and global collaboration efforts.
