Dinora Chacon’s journey in real estate is one of resilience, innovation, and a deep commitment to community empowerment. Originally from La Palma, a small town in the Guatemalan countryside, Dinora was raised with the values of generosity, determination, and entrepreneurship. These values only strengthened when her family relocated to Fairfax, Virginia, in 1994. As the eldest of five daughters, she overcame language barriers and cultural shifts with determination, embracing every new challenge as an opportunity to grow.
Now an accomplished Realtor and community leader, Dinora is on a mission to provide a transparent, well-informed pathway to homeownership. She is passionate about closing the gaps in guidance and support that so many buyers and sellers experience, ensuring that every step of the process feels clear, comfortable, and achievable.
Dinora is the co-leader of the PREMIERE Group in the DMV area. PREMIERE is a mega team under REAL Broker, with approximately 300 agents operating across 26 states and 600 markets. She is a consistent NVAR Top Producer, was featured as one of DC Modern Luxury Magazine’s Dynamic Women in 2021, and was named a Washingtonian Best in 2023. She proudly served as the 2018 President of NAHREP and as Chair of NVAR’s Hispanic Forum in 2019.
