About The Speaker
Charlie Einsmann is a seasoned real estate investor, entrepreneur, and educator with over 25 years of experience in the industry, owning/controlling more than $100 million in real estate assets. A licensed Realtor in Virginia, Charlie ranked in the top 0.1% of REO agents nationwide from 2007 to 2010, personally listing and selling over 500 properties during that period.
Charlie has developed a car wash, multiple single-family home projects, condo conversions, and other ventures in the Washington, D.C. market. He also owns a real estate brokerage in MD, DC and VA as well as formerly co owing a title company.
Beyond business, Charlie serves on the Advisory Board for Freedom Bank of Virginia and is President of Creating Foundations for Hope (CFH), a nonprofit that acquired a distressed 60-unit trailer park in Manassas, VA to provide affordable housing. He also founded Clear Sky Sports Angels, a program helping low-income youth access sports opportunities.
