Meet Jui Bhangaonkar, the powerhouse behind the Homes By Jui Team and one of Chester County’s most trusted names in real estate. With a decade of experience spanning banking and residential sales, Jui is known for bringing clarity, confidence, and heart to every transaction. In 2024, she doubled her production volume by mastering the “Exactly What to Say™” language framework—a tool she now teaches as a Certified EWTS™ Guide. She holds a robust lineup of designations, including MBA, RENE, ABR®, SRS®, SRES®, PSA and SFR®. Her achievements include the KW Cares Award, Bronze and Gold Production Awards, and the Personal Achievement Award. For the past three years, she has proudly served on the Agent Leadership Council (ALC) for the KW Exton office. Committed to giving back, she has donated over $7,000 to nonprofit organizations—driven by the belief that our impact should reach far beyond the closing table.
