Founding member of SERHANT. and the company’s first Chief Technology Officer, Coyne now serves as the Chief Experience Officer (CXO) – a role designed to architect the standards and systems that make SERHANT.’s Agents and Staff feel unstoppable. From onboarding to operations to AI-driven support tools, he ensures every touchpoint agents have with the brand is seamless, intentional, and teeming with loyalty-driving respect.

With a foundation in software, systems, and design, Coyne’s approach to experience strategy is highly accessible while functional. He owns the Agent and Staff experience across onboarding, support, training, culture, and daily workflows. He also leads the CX layer of the public brand: how the world experiences SERHANT. across content, product, and presence.

He’s the co-architect behind S.MPLE – SERHANT.’s proprietary AI service that helps agents save time, scale output, and grow faster than ever before. He’s also played a central role in building the ADX platform, reimagining education and marketing infrastructure, and overseeing the brokerage’s ever-deepening expansion into media, software, and national growth. He also hosts ‘Coyneversations’ – an internal video podcast at SERHANT.

He’s made brief appearances on the hit NETFLIX series Owning Manhattan, and his real presence is behind the scenes – where the experience layer of everything from sales to systems is being rethought with purpose, polish, and personality.

When not revolutionizing the real estate experience, Coyne speaks at events like Inman Connect, The Real Deal Showcase, and Silicon Slopes, and has delivered keynotes for IBM, Google, and others on the future of tech, trust, and humanity. He’s received recognition for his work on AI, cybersecurity, blockchain, tech infrastructure, and hospitality-driven support design.

Coyne also served on the local planning committee for the Town of Oyster Bay and was a tech advisor to the Nassau County Comptroller. His tech-forward reimagining of the USPS earned bipartisan attention from Congress.
