Jason Cheperdak is the dynamic founder and CEO of Shepherd Homes Group, a real estate powerhouse based in the DMV region. Leading a high-performing team of 60 professionals—including 28 realtors, 18 property managers, and 14 support staff—Jason has built one of the region’s most successful and respected real estate organizations. Under his leadership, the team has achieved over $400 million in annual sales and currently manages more than 1,100 properties across the D.C., Maryland, and Northern Virginia area.
In 2024, Jason was recognized as Northern Virginia’s #1 realtor for individual sales production, personally closing more than 150 transactions and surpassing $100 million in personal sales volume in one year. Known for his strategic vision, relentless drive, and client-first approach, Jason continues to set the standard in residential real estate.
A Georgetown resident, Jason lives with his wife, a social media influencer and published author. Together, they share a passion for travel and exploring new cultures around the world.
