Rav Singh, CCIM, is a seasoned commercial real estate broker, fund manager, and co-founder
of Spur Equity, a private equity firm focused on syndicating commercial real estate across
North America. He currently serves as the National Hospitality Division Leader at KW
Commercial, where he leads the charge on hotel brokerage nationwide.
After a 13-year career owning a graphic design studio, Rav pivoted into commercial real estate
in 2006 and has since carved out a niche in hospitality and group investments. With a focus on
educating agents and investors on the power of passive income, tax strategies, and lifestyle
investing, Rav has built a trusted reputation by consistently putting his clients and investors first.
Through Spur Equity, Rav partners with experienced sponsors across asset classes—hotels,
multifamily, and beyond—to offer direct investment opportunities that empower individuals to
build wealth through real estate syndications.
